- Site visit at venue to review layout, floor plan, decor and other recommendations
- Creation of comprehensive event timeline for vendors and bridal party
- Serve as the point of contact for the wedding party and all vendors- handle communication regarding timeline, arrival times, specifications for equipment
- Final consultation meeting 1-2 weeks prior to event
- Direction of rehearsal (1 or 2 nights prior) to go through the day of events with bridal party and make sure everything is set for the next morning
- Full day-of service and support, from coffee delivery to closing the venue, the DOC is there!
- On-site Coordinator and assistant during ceremony
- Set-up of all décor, props etc. at the reception (up to 15 tables/150 guests. Additional fees may apply per staffing needs/centerpiece design)
- Provide wedding emergency kit to cover all the essentials (superglue, tide wipes, hairspray, etc.)
- Distribution of final payments to applicable vendors
- Wrap up details after bride and groom depart
- Ensure all rental equipment is packed and that venue clean-up standards are met (see add on menu for additional details for rental return options)
Note: Package does not include the cost of decorations, food/beverages for wedding party/couple, and any other costs added. Package cost is for the time and experience of the coordinator(s).
